Week 2 weigh in

Ok so Im using a dial scale which can be kind of hard to read, but at my 2nd week weigh in I have lost either.5 or 1 whole pound this week! Keep checking in :)

First weigh in day

Ok so I did my first weigh in today and Im happy to say I lost about 2.5 pounds. I need to get a digital scale I have a dial one now and it can be hard to read... But I got off and on the scale like 5 times to get the dial right..lol. So I think Im pretty accurate. Thanks for checking in :)

Junk food ;)~

Ok so here it goes...I didnt eat well at all on Sat. or Sun. night! I gave into the junk food around me.Like when we were out on Sat night and then all those yummy super bowl snacks like wings chips etc... So, anyway Im not gonna let that get me down. Im just going to keep going and work harder next time I am around foods like that. Today I have done good so far on my eating and I feel confident I will keep that up:) I will probably post again on weigh in day which is Thursday.

First Weight Loss Goal



Welcome to Procrastination No More! I decided since Im having a hard time losing weight(well sticking to eating better) I thought I would come up with my own site to help motivate myself. Knowing others will be checking in from time to time should help me to stick to my weight loss goal.
I am going to be logging my food daily using the weight watchers point system. I am not currently enrolled with weight watchers, but have all of the information from when I was a weight watchers member. I will be logging all of this onto a google calendar. Here is the link to see what I am eating.

My first weight Loss Goal: Lose 10 pounds by my birthday, which is March 3rd. I know 10 pounds may be a little hard to lose in just a few weeks, but I feel confident I can do it!Most likely the months to follow I will try to lose 5 pounds a month, but we will see in March.
